Based on the successful HS 895 HD, the HS 8200 is a new development that has been designed to specifically meet with customer requirements. The 200-tonne duty cycle crawler crane combines safety, performance and efficiency as well as a high level of control comfort. With a 10 % increase in lifting capacity as well as the use of 35-tonne free-fall winches, this design sets new standards for material handling.

Features may include:

• Detachable crawlers reduce the transport weight to under 47 tonnes.

• Side platforms, railings and ladders are fully integrated in the machine design and no longer need to be removed for transport.

• The latest Stage V (Tier 4f) engine from Liebherr convinces through reduced noise and exhaust emissions, as well as lower fuel consumption with a simultaneous increase in engine power.

• A global service network with experienced technicians and fast access to spare parts ensure high machine availability and a long product service life.

• The uppercarriage with its robust design is mounted on a solid undercarriage featuring wide tracks and long crawlers for a high level of stability.
